Digital Rights and Responsibilities

Digital rights and responsibilities are "freedoms extended to everyone in a digital world." (Ribble, 2014) Some of the basic digital rights include:
- The right to internet access
- The right to free speech
- The right to privacy
- The use of proper netiquette
- The respect of digital law
- The avoidance of harmful behavior, such as cyberbullying
